David Salomon is a trial attorney graduate of the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University. Since graduating in 2001, David has focused his skills on becoming a trial attorney in the local courts of South Florida.
David started his career working for the Broward County Office of The Public Defender, where he learned to aggressively protect the rights of the citizens of Broward County by checking the immense power vested in the local government and law enforcement agencies. David’s experience at the BCPD deepened his belief in justice for citizens over considerably more powerful organizations and agencies. It was only natural that he would transition into personal injury, where the insurance companies and large law firms have the power to control the benefits provided to personal injury victims.
David has had the privilege to represent clients in over 100 trials in both State and Federal Courts. He has also represented thousands of clients in different areas of the law ranging from civil rights, criminal defense, family law, civil law, bankruptcy, immigration, and personal injury. Calling on his extensive trial experience, David now focuses his practice on personal injury claims, where he thrives by achieving justice against powerful insurance companies and large insurance defense law firms.
David has been happily married for 17 years to Angela Salomon, an attorney in her native country of Colombia. David and Angie have two beautiful children, David, Jr., and Elizabeth.
David is active in the legal community as a member of the Florida Bar, BCBA, BCHBA, BACDL, Trial Lawyers Association, and Broward County Trial Lawyers Association.
David believes in giving back to the community he calls home. Although he was born in New Jersey and lived in South America for a brief time, he considers South Florida his home. David has donated his time and resources to charitable organizations such as Broward County Guardian Ad Litem program, Autism Speaks, Broward County Legal Aid, the Volunteer Lawyers Project, Habitat for Humanity, Hispanic Unity, and PACE.
